Carina Seth Andersson's 2016 pattern Siluetti (silhouette) depicts how the colours of the sky and sea melt into each other on the horizon.
Carina painted the thin, irregular stripes in varying hues with long strokes of a stiff brush. For her, the design process is all about scaling down, finding the balance between simplicity and carefully thought out details.
