The Mekkin dress is made of a soft and nicely draping cotton and lyocell blend in the Sheeba pattern. The dress has short kimono sleeves and a gathered waist. The front and back feature a center seam. The straight dress has a relaxed fit.

Nature was a significant source of inspiration for Maija Isola throughout her career. This was evident in her wide range of naturalistic patterns, but also in abstractions composed of stylized natural forms, such as the Sheeba print.
