We ship free within North America for orders of $250 or more. Smaller orders are shipped for $25.
We ship most orders by Canada Post. In Canada this takes up to 5 business days and to the US up to 10.
Marimekko will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
Normally we ship out within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Items shown as Special Order on the website need to be brought from Finland and may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered to you.
Occasionally, items that are normally stocked get back-ordered from Finland. In this case we will inform you of the situation by email. You then have the option of canceling the order with full refund.
Marimekko Vancouver is located in British Columbia, Canada. We charge GST and PST on all orders fulfilled to customers in B.C. Sales made and shipped to customers in other provinces are charged the HST if they have that tax in their province, and just GST if they do not.
Orders taken and shipped to customer in other countries, including the USA, are exempt from all Canadian taxes.
Merchandise purchased from Marimekko Vancouver's online store may be returned for online store credit or refund within 14 days of receipt of goods if accompanied by the original receipt, in original condition and in original packaging. Our outward shipping for the returned item will be deducted. Any customs costs for returning the item will also be deducted. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 604 609 2881 or emailing email@example.com. Returns received and not pre-authorized will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Not returnable - Special orders, cut fabric and sale items.
Exchanges are not available. If you have purchased a piece of clothing and you need a different size then initiate a new online purchase and return the original purchase separately. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Returned items must be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense, to: Marimekko, 851 Homer Street Vancouver, BC V6B 2W2.
Defective items - please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 7 days of delivery.
When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
