Merchandise purchased from Marimekko Vancouver's online store may be returned for online store credit or refund within 14 days of receipt of goods if accompanied by the original receipt, in original condition and in original packaging. Tags must be on, and bedding must be in the original packaging. If returning from outside of Canada mark the item as "return" on the customs form, any customs costs for returning the item will be deducted from the refund.  Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 604 609 2881 or emailing shop@marimekkovancouver.com. Returns received and not pre-authorized will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping, handling, or other charges will not be refunded

Special orders, cut fabric and sale items and not returnable.

Returned items must be properly packed and sent at the customer's expense to: Marimekko Vancouver, 851 Homer Street Vancouver, BC V6B 2W2.  

Defective items - please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment.
