The Maininki dress is inspired by the Marimekko archives and it is made of cotton poplin. The dress has a boatneck and long horizontal pleats below the neckline in the front and the back. The voluminous kimono sleeves have elastic bands at the sleeve ends and the dress comes with a detachable belt. The hem has a slight A-line cut with gathers at the bust and upper back.
