The Tikru knitted pullover is made from a cotton and alpaca blend in the Lokki pattern. The sweater has a standing collar with a zipper at the neckline and ribbing at the sleeve ends and hemline. The sleeves are dropped at the shoulders. The straight sweater has an oversized fit.
The idea for the Lokki (seagull) pattern came to Maija Isola when she was looking at a window with a curtain drawn across it. The sun was shining, and the wide folds of the curtain formed wavy shadows on the fabric. Maija had a sudden inspiration: if a fabric is printed with waves, even a small piece of such fabric appears abundant, richly folded.

Colour: off-white, lavender purple
Fitting: Oversized
Do not soak. Wash inside out. Wash separately. Close slide fasteners before washing. Reshape to dry. Iron on reverse side.
